Positive Action Events
North Wales Fire and Rescue Service aims to recruit a workforce that reflects the diversity of the communities it serves, and in turn this helps to deliver the best possible service to the people of North Wales.
In order to achieve our aim, and as part of our commitment to promoting equal opportunities in employment, the Service regularly hold Positive Action Days that are intended to raise awareness of the opportunities available within the Service.
Positive Action Days are open to identified under-represented groups within the Service, which currently include females and people from LGBTQ+, black and ethnic minority groups.
